Knights of honor 2 kaufen12/3/2023 I was strong by then and managed to beat them, but they just didn’t want so sign peace! Even defeating their armies and taking provinces, the only way to stop the war was giving them one of their provinces back as a tribute. He brought 5(!) muslim allies with him, including my besties Seljuks (they liked us both). Rum didn’t like me from the start of the game, but once I took Jerusalem, he attacked me ferociously. One thing I learned during this game is that muslims become VERY stubborn if you hold their holy cities. So I managed to buy mercenary troops to fight for me. Luckily my king was a merchant who made like 100-150 gold by governing+trading with my besties Seljuks. Starting province religion was orthodox, surrounding - muslim, so population was VERY rebellious most of the game and recruiting troops standard way was very hard. Again Middle east, again one big scrabble. Crusader kingdom, Jerusalem’s vassal, one province. Managed to win by votes in 10 ingame hours with 1 real player remaining.Įdessa. ![]() Unfortunately I forgot, that I also gave them my 2 earned vassals and just killed him later. Did some panic quick thinking and managed to get out of situation by becoming vassal of the country I attacked. So in 30 seconds everything started becoming VERY chaotic on my territory. One funny moment was when I attacked some small state and didn’t notice (cause no pause) that it was in def. Released my vassals at the start (this should be automatic in MP). Upgrading religion (caliphate) is easy, but doesn’t give bonuses to the chance of adopting provinces as upgrading Christianity does. Tried to monitor conflicts and pick winner’s side and succeeded in this. With more cautious approach quelling rebellions wasn’t much of a problem tho.Īleppo. Meanwhile my kingdom EXPLODED with countless rebellions. Didn’t succeed, they deflected me without a lot of effort. Tried to rush Germany to take their vassals. After that attacked Germany and took all their vassals (when you vassal someone, their vassals become yours). Second playthrough I challenged myself not to use manual combat, played more carefully adopted provinces slower, got much less wars and, again beat them all. Managed to beat them all with archers and manual battles, but strategically it was a loss as I couldn’t have fought off 5-6 enemies without abusing manual combat. The first one I used Establish order action a lot and got A LOT of wars declared on me. After that had some wars declared on me by catholics there. ![]() Joined the first crusade and liberated Iberian peninsula from Almohads. It gives big bonuses, automatic religion conversion, but takes up a knight slot. Upgrading religion means controlling the Pope. Severe (but manageable actually) penalties for attacking other catholics. ![]() Almost no similar culture provinces in the world. Managed to become Emperor of Europe in 5 ingame hours.īrittany. Starting slavic units are very cheap in levies. ![]() Easy to upgrade religion: just capture Constantinopol. As such pretty standard gameplay, you can declare war on anyone you want with little penalties, there were a lot of similar culture provinces around to conquer and adopt.
